Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you, we are facing a crisis. A crisis that is not only threatening our borders, but also our very way of life. I’m talking about the fentanyl crisis, folks. This deadly drug, coming in from our southern neighbors, is wreaking havoc on our communities and destroying lives. And let me tell you, enough is enough.
That’s why, today, I am declaring the drug cartels as terrorist organizations. Yes, you heard me right. These ruthless criminals, who are flooding our streets with fentanyl and other dangerous drugs, are no different than the terrorists we see on the news. They are a threat to our national security and we must treat them as such.
Now, I know what some of you may be thinking. “But Mr. President, isn’t this just another excuse to ramp up the failed War on Drugs?” Well, let me tell you, this is not just another excuse. This is a call to action. We cannot sit idly by while our citizens are dying from these deadly substances. We must take a stand and fight back with everything we’ve got.
And let me be clear, this is not just about building a wall or increasing border security. Although, let’s be honest, those things are important too. This is about going after the root of the problem. We must cut off the source of these drugs and that means taking down the cartels. We will use every tool at our disposal, including military force if necessary, to dismantle these criminal organizations and bring them to justice.
But let me also address the critics who say that this approach is too harsh and will only lead to more violence. Well, let me tell you, we cannot negotiate with these terrorists. We cannot afford to be soft on them. We must show them that we mean business and we will not back down until our streets are safe and our citizens are protected.
So, my fellow Americans, I urge you to stand with me in this fight. We must come together as a nation and show these drug cartels that we will not be intimidated. We will not let them destroy our communities
