A Ma Maniére x Converse Weapon Low “W.Y.W.S.”: The Final Chapter of a Six-Month Collaboration
For the past six months, A Ma Maniére has been on a mission to showcase their dedication to superior craftsmanship and compelling storytelling through their “While You Were Sleeping” collaboration series. This highly-anticipated project, led by boutique owner James Whitner, has already seen iconic silhouettes such as the Air Force 1, Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 39, and Air Max 95 receive the “W.Y.W.S.” treatment. And now, the final chapter is here, with Converse joining the mix to create a special edition of their Weapon Low.
The First Collaboration Between A Ma Maniére and Converse
The A Ma Maniére x Converse Weapon Low “W.Y.W.S.” boasts a sophisticated color scheme of sail, light mauve, and tan, crafted from a blend of premium leathers and suedes. The boutique’s signature quilted lining is featured, along with their wordmark stamped on the lateral heel. The tongue tag of the low-top Weapon has been modified to include A Ma Maniére’s “A” logo, and the outsoles are adorned with a custom “Keep Sleeping” design. To top it off, the shoes come with three different lace options and a special collector’s box.
Matching Apparel to Complete the Look
Along with the release of the shoes, A Ma Maniére and Converse have also collaborated on a range of apparel in coordinating colors. The standout piece is a quilted jacket, accompanied by an anorak, crewneck, sweatpants, and more. The A Ma Maniére x Converse Weapon Low “W.Y.W.S.” will be available on the A Ma Maniére website and in-store on December 4th. The shoes are priced at $130 USD, while the apparel ranges from $50 USD to $150 USD.
