Balenciaga’s Fall 2025 Collection: Expect the Unexpected
Under the creative direction of Demna, Balenciaga continues to surprise and push boundaries. The Fall 2025 collection is no exception, with a mix of leaked-style photos and ironic subversion of everyday items.
The collection is rooted in casual everyday outfits, but swings between extremes. From t-shirts featuring celebrity merch to flowy maxi dresses and semi-fitted mini-dresses, the collection plays with polarities. Brand-new tagged garments are contrasted with hyper-distressed pieces, heavy long-line skirts with micro-skirts made from men’s briefs, and maximalist numbers with minimal single pieces.
One of the highlights of the collection is the collaboration with Lamborghini. From graphic tees to driver’s manual-inspired accessories, the collection features a range of items with the iconic car brand’s logo and embellishments. Leather bombers, racing jackets, sweatpants, jewelry, and Balenciaga’s signature bags are all part of the limited collection.
The everyday theme continues with self-referential CEO and CMO sweater styles, tracksuits, reversible parkas, and corporate shirting. The collection also features unique footwear, such as orthopedic stilettos from the Balenciaga x Scholl collaboration, and oversized inside-out purses.
