Name: Fragment Design x Nike Air Zoom Spiridon
SKU: HF5455-100 (White/Navy) and HF5455-001 (Black)
MSRP: $170 USD
Release Date: December 5, 2024
After months of speculation and teasing, the highly anticipated collaboration between fragment design and Nike is finally set to hit retail shelves before the end of 2024. The co-created release, which has been a hot topic among sneaker enthusiasts and fans of fragment design founder Hiroshi Fujiwara, has been confirmed to drop on December 5.
The collaboration will feature two colorways of the Air Zoom Spiridon, as revealed by sneaker boutique Naked on their drop dates page. One pair boasts a white mesh base with a navy blue lateral Swoosh and a black suede mudguard, while the other is an all-black iteration with a tonal lateral Swoosh. Both pairs will have white Swooshes on the medial side, special branded hits under a translucent outsole, and tooling code-inspired details on the outer halves and heel tabs – a signature fragment design x Nike touch.
This release marks the Air Zoom Spiridon’s first return to the market since its run in the late 2010s, which saw collaborations with big names like Stash and Parra. It is also expected to kick off a series of retro releases, with an UNDEFEATED collaboration already in the works. While Naked may have accidentally leaked the release on their product page, fans can tentatively mark their calendars for December 5 and expect to pay $170 USD for these highly coveted sneakers. Stay tuned for official confirmation from Nike.
