During a visit to Amsterdam for two concerts at Melkweg, superstar Snoop Dogg inaugurated a second coffee shop location in the center of Amsterdam, once called The De Kroon coffee shop, now dubbed Tha Dogg House. Snoop’s first Amsterdam coffee location, at Marnixstraat 333, was established in 2024 and named SWED—in reference to the rapper’s iconic outro line on a Dr. Dre track—until the city of Amsterdam deemed “Smoke Weed Every Day” to be a cannabis advertisement.
The Doggfather cut the second ribbon at Oudebrugsteeg 26 this past February to a massive crowd before partying it up Mokum style. For all of those in attendance, that was undoubtedly a real Dutch treat.
