Celebrate 90 Years of Craftsmanship at Yoshida & Co.’s “Every Day is a New Beginning” Exhibition

Yoshida & Co. is marking its 90th anniversary with a special exhibition that pays tribute to founder Yoshida Kichizo’s enduring legacy. The “Every Day is a New Beginning” exhibition offers a unique opportunity for visitors to delve into the company’s rich history and witness its commitment to craftsmanship.

From November 14 to 16, the exhibition will showcase never-before-seen items, including Kichizo’s handcart used to sell bags post-war, film props from Akira Kurosawa’s “High and Low,” and Kichizo’s signature horseshoe-shaped coin purse and trunk case. Limited-edition items, such as silkscreened posters by Tadanori Yokoo, designed specifically for the 90th anniversary, will also be available for purchase.
