Genesis Evans, also known as Genny, started his skating journey at Supreme before teaming up with fellow New York skater Conor Prunty to create Humble. But don’t let the name fool you, this brand is anything but humble. With a contagious down-to-earth demeanor, Humble has stayed true to its name in both ethos and design since its launch in 2015.

Now, Genny and Prunty are making a triumphant return to the scene with their Fall/Winter 2025 relaunch, embracing their authentically grounded roots to guide their comeback. We caught up with the duo to get a quick refresher on what Humble is all about.

So, who exactly is Humble? According to Genny and Prunty, Humble is a brand for humble folk. But don’t be fooled by the name, their brand has always been lighthearted and unafraid to use bold colors and cartoon-like imagery in a sophisticated way.

When it comes to the streetwear and skatewear scene, Humble brings a unique perspective and a fresh dose of swag. But what sets them apart from the rest? According to Genny and Prunty, it’s all in the name and the logo.

So why did they choose now to revive the brand? According to Genny, it just felt like the right time. They had to take a break from Humble to realize it, but they always felt like they had barely scratched the surface of what they could do with the brand.

One of the most iconic aspects of Humble is their logo, featuring a single flower and the word “humble.” According to Prunty, the logo came about as a joke when a friend wouldn’t stop talking about how humble he was. But it ended up being the perfect symbol for the brand’s down-to-earth attitude.

For their lookbook, Humble chose Liim to lead the way. Genny, Liim, and Erika (also featured in the lookbook) have been spending a lot of time together in the studio this year, making them the perfect fit for Humble’s humble demeanor. And a special shout out to their friend Sugar, who shot the photos and is also known for his humble nature.

Ready to get your hands on some Humble swag? Their Fall/Winter 2025 collection drops today at 12 p.m EST on their website, as well as at Supreme and Domicile Tokyo. Don’t miss out on this iconic brand’s comeback.
