Simone Rocha Unveils SS26 Menswear Collection: A Study in Romantic Counterpoint and Gentle Provocation

Simone Rocha has just released the official lookbook for her highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2026 Menswear collection. Shot by Eimear Lynch and styled by Robbie Spencer, the lookbook captures the essence of the collection as a juxtaposition of romanticism and rebellion, showcasing the male counterpart to the iconic Simone Rocha girl.

The collection made its debut at London Fashion Week last month, featuring ten looks that translate the brand’s signature theatrical motifs into wearable pieces. The menswear line includes pleated sashes on blazer jackets, trench coats, jacquard outerwear, and layered ruffled polos and bowling shirts adorned with embroideries and gem embellishments. The collection also offers tailored trousers and oversized denim for a touch of structural restraint.

Accessories play a key role in the collection, with pillow-shaped bags, tube socks, cutout sneakers, and leather aviator hats adding to the interplay of delicate ornamentation and utilitarian form. The lookbook, with its meticulous staging by Lynch and nuanced styling by Spencer, captures the overall mood of the collection as tenderly subversive. The romantic silhouettes are disrupted by punkish hardware and relaxed proportions, creating a menswear narrative that is both nostalgic and forward-leaning.
