Palace Skateboards Takes Over Fukuoka with New Flagship Store

Palace Skateboards is taking over Japan with the opening of its third flagship store in Fukuoka on October 4. The store, designed by renowned architect Steve Oh, draws inspiration from the city’s iconic castle ruins and Reclining Buddha, giving it a unique and edgy vibe.

Exclusive Collection with Fukuoka Graphics

To celebrate the opening, Palace Skateboards will be releasing an exclusive collection featuring Fukuoka-inspired graphics. This includes a must-have varsity jacket, a football jersey, and a range of other apparel and accessories.

Continuing Retail Expansion in Japan

Palace Skateboards is not slowing down with its retail expansion in Japan. The Fukuoka flagship follows the success of the Tokyo flagship and the Osaka store, which opened in May. With its growing popularity in the country, Palace Skateboards is sure to make a statement with its latest store.

A Design Inspired by Fukuoka’s Iconic Sites

Located in Fukuoka’s Daimyo district, the store’s design incorporates elements from two of the city’s most famous landmarks – the Fukuoka Castle ruins and the Reclining Buddha. The interior features raw stone and black wood, with a bronze Tri-Ferg logo embedded in the floor. A bulldog figure, reimagined from the Reclining Buddha, serves as a central anchor.
