C.P. Company and Sashiko Gals Team Up for Unique Military-Inspired Collection

Italian fashion brand C.P. Company and Japanese project Sashiko Gals have joined forces once again to release a new collaboration featuring one-of-a-kind military-inspired pieces. The collection, which includes outerwear and knitwear, incorporates traditional Japanese stitching techniques and is made by female artisans.

From the Archives: C.P. Company and Sashiko Gals Reimagine Classic Pieces

Following their first collaboration in March 2025, C.P. Company and Sashiko Gals have once again come together to release a collection of reimagined military-inspired items. The pieces are based on C.P. Company’s archive items from the 1980s to 2010s and each one is unique, thanks to the use of the traditional Japanese stitching technique, “Sashiko.”

What’s Included in the Collection?

The C.P. Company x Sashiko Gals collaboration features a total of 6 items, including a black leather jacket, khaki mouton leather jacket, military-green field jacket, washed-blue full-button jacket, sail shawl collar knit, and brown jacquard crew neck knit.

Supporting Female Artisans Through Fashion

Sashiko Gals was established in 2024 as a reconstruction support project for the Great East Japan Earthquake. The project currently employs 23 female artisans who use traditional “Sashiko” techniques to create these unique fashion pieces.

How Much Will It Cost?

Each piece in the collection ranges from ¥275,000 JPY (approximately $1,870 USD) to ¥1.43 million JPY (approximately $9,730 USD), with the mouton leather jacket being the most expensive item. The collection will be available at a pop-up shop at Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Building from September 24 to 30.

Exclusive to Japan

Just like the previous release, the C.P. Company x Sashiko Gals collaboration is exclusive to Japan. Don’t miss your chance to get your hands on these one-of-a-kind pieces at the pop-up shop located at Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Building in Tokyo.
