Pharrell Launches New Creative Alias, Community Platform, and Brand VIRGINIA
Pharrell Williams, the multi-talented artist and entrepreneur, has just announced the launch of his latest venture, VIRGINIA. This new creative alias, community platform, and brand is described as a “destination where music, fashion, design, and community converge.”
Supporting Future Projects and Collaborations
VIRGINIA will serve as the base for Pharrell’s future creative projects, including live events, limited-edition merch drops, new music, and early access to collaborations. It will also act as a “pseudonym and a playground for experimentation, storytelling, and direct connection,” according to an official release.

To kick things off, Pharrell has released VIRGINIA’s first full range of limited-edition merchandise. The collection includes logo-laden apparel, swimwear, beach gear, surfboards, accessories, and home items. Most of the line will be available on Blackyachtrock.com, the home of VIRGINIA, which also features a virtual karaoke game and a takeover from Virginia-based artist Sam Clayman.
BLACK YACHT ROCK VOL 1 CITY OF LIMITLESS ACCESS
Pharrell has also claimed BLACK YACHT ROCK VOL 1 CITY OF LIMITLESS ACCESS, the album he anonymously released in 2024, as the first musical project to reside under the VIRGINIA banner. The record introduced the artist’s “Black yacht rock,” a sound that reimagines “through the lens of Black musicality and personal memory.”
Exclusive Adidas Collaboration
Finally, VIRGINIA will also be the exclusive platform to shop Pharrell’s latest design for adidas, the Adistar Jellyfish. This collaboration will be available ahead of its global launch at the end of this month.
