Adidas Takes Retro Fusion to the Next Level with the Taekwondo F50 in “Silver Metallic” Colorway

Get ready for the latest addition to adidas’ lineup of retro fusion sneakers – the Taekwondo F50 in a sleek “Silver Metallic” colorway. This versatile shoe is the perfect companion to the brand’s candy-hued colorways, and is set to release in Fall 2025.

The Taekwondo F50 combines elements from the 2006 F50 field boot and the Y2k-era Taekwondo martial arts trainer, resulting in a unique and stylish hybrid design. The smooth upper, reminiscent of the OG F50, features sporty metallic decals and minimal adidas branding on the heel tab, insole, and outsoles.

Despite its name, the “Silver Metallic” colorway is predominantly black, providing a sleek canvas for the lightweight metallic prints. The wrap-style closure, a signature feature of the Taekwondo shoe, adds a futuristic touch while paying homage to the traditional inspirations of the martial art.

While an official release date has yet to be announced, the “Silver Metallic” Taekwondo F50 is expected to drop in Fall 2025 on adidas’ website. Keep an eye out for updates on Hypebeast for the latest insights on the footwear industry.
