Japanese label Paranoid has just dropped its highly anticipated Fall/Winter 2025 collection, and it’s all about the theme of “Return.” Drawing inspiration from the Japanese concept of “帰” (ki), which means to return or go back, the brand invites wearers to take a journey of introspection and revisit their origins and past experiences.
The collection is centered around four key motifs: “情景” (scenery), “帰郷本能” (homing instinct), “冬眠” (hibernation), and “鐘” (bell). Each motif represents a different aspect of the theme of “Return” and is reflected in the designs of the garments. The “情景” (scenery) motif is brought to life through intricate prints that evoke distant memories.
