BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS Unveils “Tokyo Noir” Collection for FW25

Japanese streetwear brand BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS has just released its highly anticipated Fall/Winter 2025 collection, titled “Tokyo Noir.” The collection takes a departure from the brand’s usual Americana and preppy influences, instead embracing a more technical and impactful design approach.

Drawing inspiration from films like Black Rain and post-punk music, the collection features bold silhouettes crafted from technical fabrics such as Dyneema® and 3M reflective materials. Each piece is designed to embody strength and subtle tension, reflecting the industrial rock and new wave influences that shape the collection’s identity.

Shot in gritty industrial zones across Asia, the campaign captures the raw energy and visual drama of the collection, with styling by Tsuyoshi Noguchi and photography by TAKAY. The collection also draws inspiration from Akira Kurosawa’s High and Low and a portrait of John Lydon, weaving together references that reflect a world shaped by technology and urban mystery.

Creative direction and design for the collection are led by New York-based artist Michael Bühler-Rose of BOOT FOUNDATION, adding depth to the brand’s evolving narrative. The collection is accompanied by a seasonal playlist curated by KATOMAN, offering a layered soundtrack that captures the spirit of Tokyo after dark.
