COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS and Nike Team Up Again for the Revival of the Air Max Dolce
Get ready sneakerheads, because COMME des GARÇONS HOMME PLUS and Nike are back at it again with another highly anticipated collaboration. This time, they are bringing back the iconic Air Max Dolce, with a few modern updates.
The Air Max Dolce, originally released in 2002, is making a comeback with a new glossy overlay and covered Air units. The silhouette’s molded sidewalls remain, giving it a familiar look with a fresh twist. The collaboration is set to release during Spring/Summer 2026, so mark your calendars.
COMME des GARÇONS is known for its diverse range of footwear collaborations, and this one with Nike is no exception. The brand has a history of bringing back archival models, and this time they are reviving the Air Max Dolce. This collaboration is just one of many that COMME des GARÇONS will be presenting at Paris Fashion Week.
But that’s not all – the brand has also recently dropped the Sense 96, a combination of the Air Max 96 and ISPA Sense Flyknit, and is planning to release its own version of the Air Rejuven8 later this year. With so many exciting collaborations in the works, it’s safe to say that COMME des GARÇONS is a force to be reckoned with in the world of fashion and footwear.
The Air Max Dolce collaboration will feature monochromatic colorways in all-black, black and white, and all-white. The tongue will feature a CdGH+ nod, and co-branding can be found on the sockliner. As of now, there is no official release date, but we can expect the sneakers to drop in the first half of 2026 at Dover Street Market and select retailers worldwide.
Stay tuned for updates and a closer look at all three colorways. This is one collaboration you won’t want to miss.
