Excitement Builds for adidas Megaride AG: A New Addition to the Three Stripes Lineup
The hype surrounding adidas’ Megaride line is reaching new heights with the recent reveal of their latest addition: the Megaride AG. This sample colorway gives us a glimpse of what to expect from the new lifestyle silhouette, set to hit shelves later this year.
The conversation around adidas sneakers has been dominated by their football-inspired models, from the classic Samba to the modern cleats turned lifestyle shoes. But there’s one franchise that’s quietly making a case for being one of the Three Stripes’ best.
The adidas Megaride line, originally launched in the early 2000s, has been given new life in the past year thanks to bold collaborations with Taqwa Bint Ali and AVAVAV. And now, the Megaride AG is taking center stage.
Only 60 pairs of this sample colorway, as seen in these photos by Tyler “Arab Lincoln” Mansour, were produced, giving us an early glimpse of the new model. The Megaride’s signature tunnels can be seen on the midsole, providing ample cushioning, while the upper features a sleek mesh base with overlays, including the iconic Three Stripes branding on each side.
As of now, adidas has not announced a release date for the Megaride AG, but we can expect it to hit shelves later this year at select retailers. In the meantime, enjoy this early look at the model and stay tuned for updates.
