Burberry Festival Campaign Launches with Star-Studded Lineup
The iconic British luxury brand, Burberry, has just launched their highly anticipated Festival campaign for SS25. The campaign features a star-studded lineup of familiar British talents from different generations and genres, showcasing the country’s vibrant live music culture.
Shot by renowned photographer Drew Vickers, the campaign captures the likes of Liam Gallagher of Oasis, DJ and producer Goldie, fashion icon Alexa Chung, Korean singer Seungmin, and more, all sporting Burberry’s signature motifs and weather-ready staples.
With a heavy presence of 90s sensibilities, the campaign pays homage to the era of Jungle and Britpop, with the use of Burberry’s recognisable tartan and mod-inspired silhouettes. The Gallagher children, Jean, Lennon, and Molly Moorish-Gallagher, also join their father in the campaign, with Liam wearing his very own Burberry parka by Christopher Bailey from SS18. This is a teaser of the limited reissue hitting stores and online later in July.
The campaign also features other talents such as rapper Loyle Carner, model Chy Cartier, musician John Glacier, and English model Cara Delevingne. They can be seen wearing tank tops, polo shirts, and bikinis, all drenched in Burberry’s iconic check print, and sporting the brand’s all-weather Marsh rubber boots.
But it’s not just about the clothing in this campaign. Burberry also introduces their new Highland handbags, featuring a water-resistant finish and the brand’s signature jacquard-woven Burberry Check. The bags are designed to withstand unpredictable British weather, while still maintaining an elegant appeal.
Overall, the campaign exudes high energy and celebrates the rich music and fashion culture of Britain. Check out the gallery above for a closer look at the stunning campaign.
