Palace’s Summer 2025 Drop is Here and It’s Out of This World
Get ready, streetwear fans, because Palace’s highly anticipated Summer 2025 drop is finally arriving this Friday, May 30. And this time, the London-based brand is teaming up with LA-based skate brand Sci-Fi Fantasy, led by the one and only Jerry Hsu.
Collaboration with Sci-Fi Fantasy Takes Center Stage
For the 5th drop of Palace’s Summer collection, the brand is bringing us a special collaboration with Sci-Fi Fantasy, alongside their usual lineup of must-have essentials. Founded by skater and photographer Jerry Hsu, Sci-Fi Fantasy’s tech-inspired aesthetic is evident in their use of urban technology, modern Chinese typography, and surreal digital minimalism.
Signature 3D Artwork and Bold Wordmarks
One of the standout pieces from the collab is Sci-Fi Fantasy’s signature 3D artwork by Jon Baken, featuring a Chinese character emblem with “Palace Fantasy” written at the bottom. This striking wordmark can be found in various colors across t-shirts, coach jackets, and trucker caps. Another eye-catching graphic is the “Sci-Fi Palace Hyperreality” design, which combines typographic elements with a tricycle rendering, giving off major early internet vibes.
Jerry Hsu on the Collab: “Couldn’t Be Easier”
Hsu himself is a longtime fan of Palace and was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with them. “I wanted to bring in our 3D work, particularly the Asian urban motifs and tech influences we often play with,” he said. “I love the new Tri logo – it’s my favorite piece in the drop. Sci-Fi Palace and Palace Fantasy? Couldn’t be easier.”

In addition to the collab, Palace is also dropping a range of new graphic pieces and active styles perfect for the summer season. A new atomic-inspired illustration featuring a psychedelic Palace wordmark is available in navy, gray, blue, and black. And for a touch of humor, there’s a “This is my happy p(a)lace” tee and a Gothic logo tee in similar color palettes. The collection is rounded out with new triangle logo hoodies and ventilated jogger sets in washed shades of blue, green, and black.

The Summer 2025 drop will be available in stores, online, and via Dover Street Market on May 30 at 11 a.m. BST.
