VF Corporation Shares Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2025 Financial Report: Net Revenue Dips, Stock Market Reacts

VF Corporation, the parent company of popular brands such as The North Face, Vans, and Timberland, released its fourth quarter fiscal 2025 financial report today. The report revealed a dip in net revenue, with the company bringing in $2.1 billion USD for the quarter.

This news was met with a negative response from the stock market, as VFC’s share price dropped 15.80% from Tuesday’s closing price to today’s. The North Face and Timberland were the only brands to show improvements in net revenue, while Vans and Dickies saw a decline.

The North Face reported a 2% increase in net revenue, bringing in $834.5 million USD, while Timberland saw a 10% increase to $376 million USD. Vans and Dickies, on the other hand, saw a decline of 22% and 14% respectively.

Regionally, the Americas and EMEA areas saw a 6% and 4% drop in net revenue compared to last year, while APAC remained steady. In response to the current trade tariffs, VF Corp has implemented strategies such as accelerated distribution during the 90-day pause and optimizing sourcing to mitigate the impact.

The company also highlighted its priorities of cost savings, balance sheet improvements, and “fixing the US” in the report. Additionally, VF Corp is focused on turning the trajectory of Vans in a positive direction.
