New Balance and Foot Locker Host Sunrise Run on Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach for “Grey Days” Celebration
As part of its annual “Grey Days” festivities, New Balance and Foot Locker teamed up to host a sunrise run on the picturesque Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. The event, which focused on the themes of togetherness and family, featured a 5K course that welcomed both individual runners and sports communities to participate.
The run also paid tribute to New Balance’s “Run Your Way” philosophy by bringing together a diverse group of local runners. The Jumeirah Johns Run Club, known as Dubai’s most social running club and affiliated with New Balance, led the group to the finish line.
The event was a huge success, with Dubai’s running community coming out in full force. After the run, participants were treated to a social breakfast at the newly opened Foot Locker The Beach store, complete with a DJ set and other fun activities.
Attendees also had the opportunity to try out the Fresh Foam Trainer and Fresh Foam 1080v14, which were featured in New Balance’s “Grey Days” campaign starring 200m gold medalist and New Balance global athlete Gabby Thomas.
