The Rise of SHOOP: Redefining Office Wear for Fall/Winter 2025
For the past two years, the corporate aesthetic has been fetishized and remixed every which way imaginable. Suits have made a comeback, sneakers have been swapped for loafers, and ties have lost their formality. But now, Tokyo/Madrid-based label SHOOP is taking office wear to a whole new level for Fall/Winter 2025.
With a playful approach to familiar pieces and casual combinations, SHOOP’s collection brings a laid-back vibe to the office. Checked shirts are layered under thin crewneck sweaters, left untucked over jeans, and paired with a zip-up hoodie. A graphic t-shirt is paired with a short-sleeved button down, balanced by corduroy trousers and polished boots. And for a touch of edginess, studded leather chokers and belts are mixed with subdued neckties and fingerless arm warmers.
Each look in the collection strikes a perfect balance between creativity and wearability, creating a “new guard” feel that is slightly rebellious but not too extreme. However, don’t expect to see leather chokers in the finance world just yet. These pieces will be dropping in early fall, so keep an eye out for them.
