NVIDIA CEO Receives Custom Leather Jacket from 1X Technologies’ Humanoid Robot
In a groundbreaking exchange, NVIDIA’s CEO Jensen Huang was gifted a one-of-a-kind studded leather jacket from 1X Technologies’ humanoid robot, Neo Gamma. This comes after the announcement of a research partnership between the two companies.
1X Technologies’ CEO Bernt Børnich stated that by 2025, they hope to begin testing Neo Gamma in “a few hundred to a few thousand” homes. Børnich also revealed that the company is looking for early adopters to help develop the system and teach it human-like behaviors.
The in-home tests will provide valuable data for 1X Technologies to improve Neo Gamma’s capabilities and train it as an in-house AI model. As a symbol of this pinnacle interaction between NVIDIA and 1X, ERL supplied a custom leather jacket featuring studded logos of both companies.
