Doublet Unveils SS25 Collection with Tokyo Pop-Up and Lookbook
Tokyo-based fashion label Doublet has just dropped its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2025 collection, and it’s making waves with its rebellious and tongue-in-cheek aesthetic. To celebrate the launch, the brand has also set up a special pop-up in Shinjuku’s Isetan department store, showcasing the collection’s unique and edgy pieces.
The collection, first shown at Paris Fashion Week last June, fully embraces the idea of “never taking itself too seriously.” The accompanying lookbook perfectly captures this attitude, featuring wearable pieces with a reimagined high-school aesthetic and subcultural references. Highlights include the Spiver football jersey, a cheerleader uniform-inspired cropped top, an oversized Gakuran blazer, and lace-up sneakers with spikes.
The Tokyo pop-up, located at Isetan Shinjuku, takes on a Japanese idol theme, with mannequins dressed as die-hard fans and posed in exaggerated formations. Fans of the brand can check out the pop-up until February 18.
