Stone Island Celebrates Global Community with Star-Studded Campaign for Spring/Summer 2025

Stone Island has launched its highly-anticipated “Community as a Form of Research” project, a celebration of the diverse sub-cultures that make up its global presence. The first edition of the series, which debuted for Fall/Winter 2024, featured icons such as rock’n’roll legend Liam Gallagher, DJ and producer Peggy Gou, actor and curator Russell Tovey, and skateboarder Sage Elsesser, all coming together to define what sets the Stone Island community apart.

Now, the brand is continuing its quest with a new lineup of influential figures for Spring/Summer 2025. Photographed once again by the renowned David Sims and styled by Max Pearmain, the latest chapter of the campaign stars film director Spike Lee, musician John Glacier, hip-hop artist Giggs, and footballer and businessman Hidetoshi Nakata.

Each campaign image features a short Q&A with the featured talent, showcasing Stone Island’s research-oriented approach to brand-building. The sartorial delivery includes standout pieces such as a monofilament nylon canvas jacket with silver metallic polyurethane film, a mock-neck knit made of thick viscose and nylon rope, a nylon-ripstop parka with a papery texture, and a field jacket in Raso Gommato 3L Laster Camo.

But the star-studded campaign doesn’t stop there. The next chapter will feature even more influential figures, including Better Gift Shop founder Avi Gold, basketball player Jalen Green, actor Ethan Ruan, New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson, musician Gene Gallagher, and chef Ruth Rogers.
