Willy Chavarria Takes Paris by Storm with FW25 Collection Debut and Exclusive adidas Collaboration
On Friday, January 24, the highly-anticipated FW25 collection from designer Willy Chavarria will make its debut at Paris Men’s Fashion Week. But that’s not all – the California-born designer is also teaming up with adidas Originals to bring his unique style to the streets of the French capital.
In true West Coast Chicano fashion, Chavarria and adidas are hitting the streets in a vintage lowrider Chevy Impala to distribute an exclusive capsule collection at secret locations throughout the city. The collection features navy tees with puff-printed cobranding and three-stripe appliques, as well as a navy zip hoodie and gray sweatpants with adidas stripes and a Chavarria logo. Each piece pays homage to the Paris show and incorporates the iconic rose motif that is synonymous with Chavarria’s designs.
But that’s not all – the pop-up will also offer new adidas Originals x Willy Chavarria footwear styles, including the Jabbar Low with a foldover tongue in two colorways, and the Jabbar Dress with animal print pony hair accents. And the best part? Once the giveaway ends, lucky winners will receive tickets to access an exclusive adidas CONFIRMED page where they can pick up their purchases at the adidas Originals Paris flagship store.
Speaking of the flagship store, Chavarria will be making a special appearance there on Saturday, January 25 from 1 pm to 2 pm CET.
