The highly anticipated Nike Doernbecher Freestyle XX Collection is finally here, and we have a sneak peek at two of the six featured sneakers. The Air Jordan 6 and Air Zoom Pegasus 41 colorways have been revealed, completing the lineup of six unique designs.
Air Jordan 6: A Celebration of Basketball and Individuality
Designed by patient Jillian Beagley, the Air Jordan 6 features a mismatched colorway with interchangeable patches at the collar. These patches represent Jillian’s favorite things, showcasing her love for basketball and individuality.
Air Zoom Pegasus 41: Inspired by a Love for Cats
Patient Tima Sviridenko’s Air Zoom Pegasus 41 draws inspiration from his love for cats. The yellow and red color scheme is accompanied by Tima’s cat Murka at the lateral Swoosh, as well as his favorite cat stuffie at the lace-hanging patch.
Release Date and Pricing
The entire Nike Doernbecher Freestyle XX Collection will be released on January 25 via Nike SNKRS. The Air Jordan 6 and Air Zoom Pegasus 41 will be priced at $200 USD and $130 USD respectively.

Nike and the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) Doernbecher Children’s Hospital have teamed up for their 20th collaborative collection. The Doernbecher Freestyle XX collection features six unique designs, each created by a patient and a Nike volunteer.
Meet the Patient-Designers and Their Sneakers
The collection includes the Air Max Dn, Air Max Sunder, Sabrina 2, Air 180, Air Jordan 6, and Air Zoom Pegasus 41. Patient-designers Connor Kassing Fernández, Quin Nims, Sophia Jenkins, and Ja’Kai Taylor have each put their own personal touch on their respective sneakers.
