JJJJound and adidas Team Up for a Sleek “Made in Japan” Superstar 90
Get Ready for the Release of the JJJJound x adidas Superstar 90 on February 1, 2025
Montreal-based studio JJJJound is back at it again, this time teaming up with adidas for a sleek and minimalist take on the iconic Superstar 90. Set to release on February 1, 2025, the JJJJound x adidas Superstar 90 “Made in Japan” is a must-have for any sneakerhead.
Following the success of their previous collaboration on the adidas Samba “Tobacco,” JJJJound has once again put their unique spin on a classic silhouette. This time, they have opted for a monochromatic all-black colorway, with subtle white accents on the heel tabs, stripes, and lining.
But what sets this Superstar 90 apart from the rest is the removal of the traditional branding. JJJJound has stripped away the logo from the tongue and the signature Trefoil emblem from the heel tabs, leaving them bare. The only branding on the shoe is the “JJJJound” word mark in place of the usual “Superstar” on the three-stripe overlays.
Crafted in Japan with premium leather, this collaboration is a testament to both JJJJound and adidas’ commitment to quality and attention to detail. Priced at $250 USD, the JJJJound x adidas Superstar 90 will be available at JJJJound and select retailers.
Don’t miss out on your chance to cop this highly anticipated release. Mark your calendars for February 1, 2025, and get ready to add the JJJJound x adidas Superstar 90 “Made in Japan” to your collection.
