Jacquemus Takes London by Storm with New Flagship Store

After the successful opening of the Jacquemus store in New York, designer Simon Porte Jacquemus has set his sights on London. The city’s fashion scene is about to get a major upgrade with the opening of the eponymous brand’s first flagship store in the heart of Mayfair.

The store, spanning four floors and 332 square meters, is located in an old art gallery and features stunning interiors designed by OMA in collaboration with Jacquemus. Drawing inspiration from the designer’s love for the Mediterranean, the traditional Victorian architecture has been given a modern update, providing customers with a serene escape from the busy streets of central London.

Inside, customers will find an array of Jacquemus’ most-coveted leather goods and accessories displayed on recessed walls. The store also boasts a dedicated floor for menswear, one for womenswear, and a private VIP salon on the uppermost level with its own separate entrance.

The boutique pays homage to the brand’s birthplace in Provence, France with neutral tones accented by Jacquemus’ signature banana yellow. The space also features nearly 50 works of art, furniture, and objects, including pieces by renowned artists such as Josef Hoffmann, Henry Laurens, and Raoul Dufy, as well as ceramics from Astier de Villatte.

Similar to its New York counterpart, the London boutique celebrates artistry and craftsmanship, providing customers with a unique and elevated shopping experience. The store is now open on New Bond Street, so be sure to stop by and check out the latest from Jacquemus.
