Greater Goods x Gramicci: A Sustainable Collaboration
London-based design and upcycling studio Greater Goods has joined forces with outdoor gear brand Gramicci to create a unique and environmentally-friendly collection. The collaboration, which features seven one-of-a-kind pieces, promotes a circular approach to design by utilizing pre-existing Gramicci garments.
Monochrome Army Green Palette
The collection showcases a monochrome army green color scheme, with subtle variations in tone due to the different characteristics of the upcycled materials. The patchwork-style construction is a prominent feature throughout the line, with two outerwear styles leading the way. The first is a classic collared jacket that adds a touch of sophistication, while the second is a more rugged outdoor-style silhouette with a hood and vented backside.
From Shorts to Backpacks
The collection also includes a pair of knee-length shorts and paneled trousers with a belt strap, staying true to Gramicci’s signature style. Completing the line are a vintage army-style backpack with strapped closures and an ultra patched-up satchel with a worn-in character. A distressed bucket hat, featuring unique stitching and paint details, ties in with the resourceful upcycling process used to create the collection.
Supporting a Good Cause
Each piece from the limited-run collection will be available through an online raffle starting on November 14, with all proceeds going towards the Urban Uprising climbing charity. Not only is this collection environmentally-friendly, but it also supports a great cause. Don’t miss your chance to snag one of these one-of-a-kind pieces and make a positive impact.
