The collection was first teased during Milan Fashion Week in February, but now the shoes are officially hitting the runway. The collaboration combines the signature styles of Dr. Martens with MM6 Maison Margiela’s deconstructive aesthetic, resulting in unique and eye-catching designs.
The collection features hybrid styles, such as the classic 1460 boot merged with the 1461 derby shoe. These two-in-one silhouettes come in two colorways – all black and a striking red and black combination. The third combination showcases the classic three-eyelet Oxford shoe and traditional loafer, highlighting MM6 Maison Margiela’s deconstructive approach.
