Barbour and Noah Team Up for Fifth Annual Collaboration for Fall/Winter 2024 Season
British lifestyle label Barbour has once again joined forces with New York-based brand Noah for their highly anticipated fifth annual collaboration. This time, the two brands have reimagined classic silhouettes from the Barbour archive, dating back to the 1980s, with a mix of workwear and tailoring. The result is a collection of timeless pieces crafted from high-quality wool and cotton materials.
In a statement, Noah’s creative director Brendon Babenzien shared his excitement for the collaboration, saying, “For this season’s Barbour collaboration, we stuck to the classic jacket shapes we’ve always loved from them. We used some of our favorite fabrics like Casentino Wool, Donegal Wool, and Cotton Canvas that feel right for the season. We always aim for materials that are tough and built to last. Barbour jackets, more than any other, have a timeless quality that allows them to get passed down from one generation to the next.”
The standout piece from the collection is the Barbour x Noah Bedale Jacket, a unisex coat inspired by Barbour’s most beloved archival styles. It comes in three colorways – “black,” “dark green,” and “tangerine” – and is made from Casentino wool. Another highlight is the Border Jacket, a longer coat crafted from Donegal Tweed. And for a more worn-in look, the Cotton Bedale coat is salt-washed in “black,” “pomegranate,” and “green” hues.
“A fifth-year collaboration with Noah is fantastic, and this AW24 collection really feels like an evolution of our previous collaborations, which have been well-received by both audiences,” said Ian Bergin, Barbour’s director of menswear. “Brendon’s interpretation of Barbour always feels creative and innovative while still paying homage to our roots – it’s this which makes the partnership such a natural fit.”
The Barbour x Noah collection will be available to shop online and in select stores starting November 4. Check out the gallery above for a closer look at the lineup.
