This trend was first seen with the “Remember The Why” apparel collection and the brand’s pop-up preview event at NBA All-Star Weekend in 2023. And now, adidas Basketball is taking it to the next level with the announcement of their three-shoe IIInfinity series.
The first two sneakers were teased at last year’s showcase and have since hit shelves, with the newest addition, the Nova IIInfinity, joining the lineup. The series stays true to the brand’s DNA, drawing inspiration from the original adidas Kobe 1 (also known as the Crazy 1), but with a sleek and modern twist. Each shoe comes in a new colorway with metallic detailing, adding a touch of luxury to the designs.
The Crazy IIInfinity kicks off the series with a glossy red finish and metallic mesh detailing on the upper layer. The Mad IIInfinity and Nova IIInfinity follow suit with their streamlined looks, featuring strong lines in dark gray and black, with a pop of red for added flair.

Prices range from $130 USD for the Nova IIInfinity to $160 USD for the Crazy IIInfinity and $180 USD for the Mad IIInfinity.
