Carhartt WIP Opens Flagship Store in Bangkok, Featuring Exclusive Merchandise and Industrial-Inspired Design
Carhartt WIP, the renowned workwear brand, has officially opened its flagship store in Bangkok at Central Embassy. Designed by the renowned architect Andrea Caputo, the store embodies the brand’s rugged and utilitarian ethos through a mix of industrial elements and refined touches.
Industrial Meets Luxury
One of the most striking features of the store is the long wall constructed from industrial tubes and joints, which not only adds a raw aesthetic but also serves a functional purpose. The store’s center is adorned with sturdy concrete display tables, showcasing Carhartt WIP’s commitment to durability. To balance out the industrial atmosphere, a walnut unit adds warmth, while black Marquina marble adds a touch of luxury.
Exclusive Launch Merchandise
To celebrate the store’s opening, Carhartt WIP has released regionally exclusive products, including T-shirts featuring a vintage Thai matchbox-inspired elephant design. The shirts come in two colors, with the white version featuring the graphic on the front and the navy blue pocket tee featuring a large graphic on the back. These exclusive shirts are only available for a limited time and on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to visit the store soon before they run out.
Grand Opening Event
The grand opening event, which took place on October 22, was followed by an afterparty at Siwilai Radical Club, featuring DJ performances by local talents. The event was a huge success, with many attendees eager to get their hands on the exclusive launch merchandise.
