KITH 101 x AURALEE: A Neutral-Hued Collaboration
On the heels of the highly-anticipated release of the KITH 101 x New Balance MADE in USA 990v4 and M1000, KITH 101 has yet another exciting collaboration in the works. This time, the streetwear brand is teaming up with Japanese imprint AURALEE to bring a clean and neutral-hued collection to the masses.
The partnership between KITH 101 and AURALEE is a celebration of communal craftsmanship, with both brands known for their attention to detail and high-quality materials. The collection features a range of signature AURALEE silhouettes, including suiting, outerwear, and knitwear styles, all in KITH 101’s custom earthy colorway.
Each garment in the collection is crafted in Japan using premium fabrics such as Super 120 raw cashmere, woven canvas, ultra-fine Egyptian fine cotton, and ultra-soft South African super-kid mohair. To pay homage to AURALEE’s iconic insignia, a removable co-branded label is attached to every piece.
The standout pieces in the collection are the jacketing options, including the Heavy Canvas Liner Coat, Melton Chesterfield Coat, and Light Wool Max Gabardine Jacket. The Heavy Canvas Liner Coat is made from densely woven Japanese canvas and features a cashmere wool blend lining, ample pocketing, and an adjustable hood. The Melton Chesterfield Coat, on the other hand, is a more formal option crafted from a twill chambray melton blend made from AURALEE’s ultra-soft Super160 wool.
In addition to apparel, the collection also includes minimalistic loungewear and a range of accessories, such as unbranded headwear, functional bags, scarves, and balaclavas.
