Chris Stamp and Nobu Matsuhisa’s Sushi Club Unveils Next NYC Course

The highly anticipated New York City chapter of Chris Stamp and Nobu Matsuhisa’s global Sushi Club has finally arrived. In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Matsuhisa’s iconic Nobu restaurant, the duo has teamed up with Nike to release an exclusive apparel capsule and a special-edition “Sushi Force One” Air Force 1 sneaker, paying homage to the renowned high-end sushi experience.

Leading the Delivery

The star of the collection is a sleek all-black Letterman jacket, featuring New York Sushi Club patches throughout. Made from premium wool, the jacket boasts contrasting leather sleeves, custom jacquard ribbing on the collar, cuffs, and hem, and black tonal rubber snaps down the front. Other standout pieces in the apparel range include a cotton t-shirt with the club’s logo printed on the chest and in oversized print on the back.

Nike Joins the Celebration

Nike has also joined in on the commemorative collection with the release of the Sushi Force 1. While the all-white sneaker is only available as a Friends and Family release, it continues the minimalistic design aesthetic seen in the apparel, featuring subtle New York Sushi Club branding on the midsole and insole, as well as a 30-year-anniversary Nobu logo on the inside of the tongue.
