As Onitsuka Tiger celebrates its 75th anniversary, the brand proves that it’s not just growing up, but also making a major impact in the high fashion world. The label’s latest collection, “Urban Moves,” blurs gender lines and captures the complexities of growing up in a 50-look journey on the Milan Fashion Week runway.
The collection, as described in the show notes, is a reflection of the “inner fire of youthful ambition and desire” and draws inspiration from the energy of global urban beats. It’s a raw and honest portrayal of growth, where vulnerability and strength, intimacy and self-expression coexist.
The show opens with a series of all-black ensembles, featuring lace details, pleated pants, oversized blazers, and collared jackets.
