Siegelman Stable and American Red Cross Team Up for Blood Drive at The Ruby
Siegelman Stable, a brand known for its charitable contributions to equine therapy, has partnered with the American Red Cross for their “Drop for Drop” program. As part of this initiative, the stable has designed an exclusive red and black cap that will be given to blood donors at an upcoming blood drive.
The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted blood donation numbers, as many drives that would typically be held at schools and colleges were put on hold. In an effort to boost donations, Siegelman Stable and the Red Cross will be hosting a blood drive at The Ruby, located across the street from Nashville’s Vanderbilt University, on September 14.
Donors at the event will receive a complimentary limited-edition Red Cross x Siegelman Stable cap, which will not be available for purchase. “Bringing equine therapy opportunities is at the core of Siegelman Stable,” said founder Max Siegelman and Creative Director Karoline Spenning. “Giving back is giving back and any organization we can attach to and help to accomplish those missions, is who we want to work with.”
The Red Cross relies on volunteers and staff to provide vital services, from crisis relief to emergency preparedness. By teaming up with the organization, Siegelman Stable hopes to support their mission and give back to the community.
Interested individuals can sign up to donate blood at the September 14 event, with a limited number of walk-in slots available. The blood drive will take place at The Ruby, located at 2411 Blakemore Ave in Nashville.
