Coach Takes Over NYC’s High Line for Spring 2025 Show

On Monday afternoon, Coach skipped across the street from its global headquarters to stage its highly anticipated Spring 2025 show atop New York City’s iconic High Line. As always, the quintessential NYC landmark was transformed into a stunning catwalk, with the youthful megabrand showcasing its latest collection against the backdrop of the elevated park’s Spur.

Creative director Stuart Vevers explained his vision for the Spring collection, stating, “My goal was to showcase real clothes in a real, relevant, urban environment. We’re redesigning these pieces with the values of a new generation in mind, as they discover Coach for the first time.” Vevers’ focus on Gen Z is evident in the edgy models, playful bag charms, and casual styling of the collection.

Personality is key in this collection, with Vevers stating, “We’ve taken classic pieces and made them unique to the wearer, with playful embellishments and proportions that challenge the idea of traditional luxury. Today, what’s truly valuable is something personal.” The line features graphic T-shirts with New York pop and rock’n’roll motifs, as well as tops inspired by 1940s souvenir designs. Vevers also updated his signature upcycled cardigan jackets and tuxedo coats, and expanded the (Re)Loved program, which restores and resells vintage Coach pieces with customization.

But the real showstoppers were the leather goods, with massive backpacks and eccentric clutches shaped like hearts, stars, lips, and even dinosaurs, all adorned with Coach Frame hardware. The new Soho Sneakers were also a hit, accessorized with stickers and resin charms in the shape of taxi cabs, cassette tapes, and other vintage-inspired designs.

Coach’s Spring/Summer 2025 show was a true reflection of the brand’s playful and youthful spirit, with a nod to the values and style of the next generation. Check out the galleries above to explore the collection in all its glory.
