JiyongKim Unveils Sixth Seasonal Exhibition in Trendy Seongsu Neighborhood
Get ready, Seoul fashion lovers! JiyongKim has officially revealed its latest exhibition in the hip neighborhood of Seongsu, often referred to as the “Brooklyn of Seoul.” This marks the sixth seasonal exhibition for the Seoul-based label, and it’s coming full circle as the first exhibition was held in the same location over two years ago.
The exhibition, aptly named Exhibition #6, features a large-scale textile installation on the building’s façade, giving visitors a glimpse into the brand’s core philosophy and DNA. As the days go by, the fabric will gradually bleach in the sun, creating a unique pattern and effect that JiyongKim is known for.
Step inside the building and you’ll find a variety of artworks and exhibits showcasing the development process of JiyongKim’s offerings. For those looking to learn more about the brand’s vision and craft, guided tours are available on the ground floor. And for those wanting to take a piece of the brand home, the second floor features a shop with seasonal merchandise and pieces from JiyongKim’s SS24 and FW24 collections.
