Peak Performance Drops New ‘Helium Utility FLO’ Capsule Collection Made from Fabric Leftovers
Scandinavian mountaineering brand Peak Performance is making waves once again with its latest release from the highly sought-after FLO programme. This initiative, also known as ‘Fabric Leftovers’, was first introduced last year and has been a hit ever since.
The new ‘Helium Utility FLO’ capsule collection features four jackets that are crafted from surplus fabrics, resulting in unique and eye-catching color-blocked designs. These jackets are filled with 700 fill power down, providing exceptional warmth with a 90/10 RDS-certified down for an impressive warmth-to-weight ratio. To top it off, each jacket is coated with a PFC-free water-repellent spray, offering some level of protection against wet weather.
But that’s not all – these jackets are also fully packable, making them perfect for storing in tight spaces. The FLO programme has been a hit for Peak Performance and the brand has announced plans to expand it into more ranges in the near future. However, this isn’t the only sustainable initiative the brand is pursuing. Its second-hand programme, WearAgains, has recently been expanded into select stores and online in Europe.
The Helium Utility FLO capsule collection is available now at select Peak Performance stores and on the brand’s website, with a price tag of £320 GBP / $450 CAD. Don’t miss out on this limited-edition collection that not only looks great but also supports the brand’s sustainability and circulatory goals.
