Arc’teryx Unveils FW24 Grottoflage Collection: A Fresh Take on Camouflage

The inspiration for the Grottoflage print comes from Arc’teryx’s popular Grotto toque, which has become a must-have item for outdoor adventurers. The design team at Arc’teryx took elements from the brand’s logo and incorporated them into a refined pattern using shades of gray and black. The result is a unique and eye-catching take on traditional camouflage.
Philip O’Sullivan, Director of Color and Graphics at Arc’teryx, explains the thought process behind the Grottoflage print: “We dissected our logo and created a textural pattern by layering the elements in shades of grey and black. Grottoflage is our take on a camouflage-style print and was inspired by the success of our coveted Grotto toque.”
The collection includes a range of men’s and women’s pieces, including the Sentinel Jacket, Sabre Pant & Jacket, and Rho base layers. Each item is crafted with Arc’teryx’s signature quality and durability, ensuring that they can withstand even the most extreme mountain conditions.
But that’s not all – Arc’teryx has also teamed up with fellow Amer Sports brand Atomic to release a limited-edition ski featuring the Grottoflage print. The Atomic Maverick 115 CTI Arc’teryx Edition, developed with professional athlete Craig Murray, combines Arc’teryx’s design philosophy with Atomic’s technical expertise. The result is a ski that embodies both brands’ dedication to mountain excellence.
The Arc’teryx FW24 Grottoflage collection will be available for purchase on November 6 on the Arc’teryx webstore.
