Carnival and adidas Team Up for Epic Trail Run and Sneaker Release
Carnival and adidas have joined forces to create a one-of-a-kind experience for outdoor enthusiasts. In celebration of Carnival’s 15th anniversary, the two brands have unveiled the exclusive “Pingora Hyperturf” Friends & Family edition. This limited edition hybrid sneaker combines the best of both worlds, featuring the upper from the Pingora and the sole from the Hyperturf.
The “Pingora Hyperturf” will debut in a stylish Putty Grey colorway and will be part of the “Forest Park” pack, a collection of designs created specifically for this milestone. But this sneaker isn’t just for sale, it must be earned. Only a select few will have the opportunity to own this coveted shoe.
To kick off the release, Carnival and adidas are hosting a private 8K trail run on August 9 at Khao Teen Kai in Nakhon Nayok. This challenging course will take runners through scenic trails, starting at 07:30. However, participation is not guaranteed. Interested runners must register online and entries will be selected via lottery. And to ensure the best performance, all runners must wear adidas Terrex shoes, with loaner pairs available on-site.
But that’s not all, participants must also have a strong fitness level, specifically a “Good” VO₂ max rating, and bring a hydration pack. This event is all about pushing yourself to the limit and being prepared for anything. So lace up your Terrex shoes and get ready for an epic trail run like no other.
