Brain Dead Teams Up with Disney and 20th Century Studios for Limited Edition Aliens Collection

Brain Dead, the edgy streetwear brand, has joined forces with Disney Consumer Products and 20th Century Studios to release a limited capsule collection inspired by the iconic Aliens series from Dark Horse Comics.

The collection, which includes a black 6-panel hat, two graphic tees, and a black hoodie, features graphics and references from the original comic books. Brain Dead founder Kyle Ng, a lifelong fan of the Alien franchise, personally curated the collection using his own collection of the original comic book editions. The graphics were carefully selected and scanned from his extensive collection.

Ng’s love for the Alien franchise stems from his early years spent frequenting comic book stores in Los Angeles. This project is a full-circle tribute to his childhood influences and his creative world.

“The boldness and ingenuity of the Alien franchise has always challenged the norm – something that deeply aligns with Brain Dead’s creative lens,” said Bobby Kim, VP of Creative Design at Disney Consumer Products. “It’s exciting to see Alien come to life for the modern consumer in a new way, with offerings that will appeal to both lifestyle shoppers and fans alike.”

To celebrate the launch of the collection, Brain Dead Studios Fairfax will be hosting an Alien takeover event on August 9th and 10th. The first day will feature a 7-film marathon, followed by screenings of Alien and Aliens on the second day. This is a must-attend event for any die-hard Alien fan or streetwear enthusiast. Don’t miss out on this unique and limited edition collaboration between Brain Dead, Disney, and 20th Century Studios.
