Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Better With Time” Drops August 16
It’s almost time for the next installment of the Bike Air series as the Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Better With Time” is set to hit stores in just over a week. Nike has given us a full look at the shoe, showcasing its worn-in appearance and the special packaging that comes with it. Keep an eye out for the release on Nike SNKRS on August 16, with a price tag of $165 USD.
First Look: Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Better With Time”
Rumored since last year, we finally have a sneak peek at Nigel Sylvester’s take on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. The BMX superstar has named his colorway “Better With Time” and it features a predominantly black upper with off-white accents. Distressing can be seen on the toe, heel, and side, paying homage to the wear and tear that comes with not only bike riding, but also investing time in art, friendships, careers, and more. Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Nitro” Collaboration Coming Soon
Jordan Brand and Nigel Sylvester are teaming up once again for a new collaboration. This time, Sylvester is putting his spin on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Nitro,” set to release later this summer. The BMX legend’s latest collaboration was teased on Instagram by @SharKicks, giving us a glimpse of the black, muslin, and varsity red color scheme. The premium leather upper features intentional scuffing, paying tribute to the skate and bike culture, while the sail-colored Swoosh adds a vintage touch. Sylvester’s “Bike Air” logo can be found on the insoles and tongue, in contrast to the white laces and tongue. The Wings logo is in white on the heel, and the liner is stamped with “Jordan Biking Co. EST. 2017.” Look out for the release in early August.
