Shawn Stussy Brings Back S/DOUBLE Label with Surf-Inspired Collection for Fall/Winter 2024
Legendary streetwear designer Shawn Stussy has officially revived his beloved S/DOUBLE label, and the first collection since its hiatus has just been revealed for the Fall/Winter 2024 season. The announcement was first made in July with a bold billboard outside of Globe’s headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.
The new S/DOUBLE collection stays true to Stussy’s surf-inspired roots, fully immersing itself in the styles and aesthetics of the surf world that have always been present in Stüssy’s main line releases. The signature “Shawn” logo is prominently featured on garments, appearing in both oversized and subtle ways on graphic t-shirts, soccer jerseys, and checkered button-down shirts.
The soccer kit, available in shades of grey and black, showcases the “Shawn” embroidery on the chest, while the button-down shirts feature a more subtle placement. Graphic tees display the signature in large lettering alongside S/DOUBLE branding. One standout t-shirt features a surfing graphic on the back with the quote, “Roots since the beginning of this thing of ours. Big love.”
The collection is completed with a range of neutral-toned trucker hats, each featuring S/DOUBLE or Shawn branding on the front panel.
