Adidas and Zalando Team Up to Showcase the Versatility of the Adizero EVO SL

In a groundbreaking campaign, adidas and Zalando have redefined the Adizero EVO SL as not just a performance shoe, but also a must-have lifestyle silhouette. To celebrate this new chapter, the two brands recently joined forces in Berlin for an immersive event that challenged perceptions of the shoe.

The event, aptly named “LIGHTSPEED,” highlighted the Adizero EVO SL’s signature feature of being incredibly lightweight. Guests were invited with a cutting-edge CGI-designed invitation, featuring high-contrast tones and flashing images to set the tone for the showcase.

The industrial Vollgutlager venue was transformed into a futuristic playground, with cascading digital displays covering the walls and ceilings. The space was curated by Setworx Berlin and Marathon Studio, and featured laser installations by digital artist Lucas Gutierrez. These vibrant displays, along with a light curtain by Ksawery Komputery, created a multi-sensory experience that immersed guests in a world of motion and futuristic design.

The event also featured music from Berlin-based label Hoe_mies, with DJs Abiba and Meg10 playing genre-blending sets that perfectly complemented the immersive displays. Guests were encouraged to dance and celebrate throughout the night, matching the speed of light with their movements.
