Tommy Hilfiger Takes Over Berlin with Zalando for F1® The Movie Premiere

To celebrate the highly anticipated European premiere of F1® The Movie, Zalando teamed up with iconic fashion brand Tommy Hilfiger for a day of exciting activations in Berlin. With a long-standing connection to the sport dating back to 1991, when it became the official clothing sponsor for Team Lotus, Tommy Hilfiger continues its legacy by sponsoring the film, which stars global brand ambassador Damson Idris. As one of Tommy Hilfiger’s key retail partners in Europe, Zalando hosted an exclusive event to celebrate the classic American label.

A Day of Fashion and Insight at Zalando HQ

The day began with a panel talk at Zalando HQ, hosted by Shoshannah Richards and featuring Tommy Hilfiger, Zalando co-founder David Schneider, and members of the Tommy family Leni Klum, Lucien Laviscount, and Noel Robinson. The conversation provided a wealth of insight into the brand, the fashion landscape, and the impact of a new generation on future trends.

Exploring 40 Years of American Style

After the panel, the party continued at one of Berlin’s oldest restaurants, Borchardt, where guests were treated to an archival exhibition showcasing “40 years of American style.” From Aaliyah’s iconic ’90s two-piece set to Snoop Dogg’s striped rugby shirt and Damson Idris’ racing suit from F1® The Movie, attendees got an up-close look at the styles that have defined the brand over the years.

A Night of Music and Celebration

The evening closed with a lineup of live music, headlined by Berlin-based vocal ensemble A Song For You, followed by DJ sets from Zalando’s community, keeping the party going into the late hours.
