Porsche and Almond Surfboards Team Up Again for a Limited-Edition Collection Inspired by the Iconic 1972 911 Carrera RS 2.7
Porsche and Almond Surfboards have joined forces once again to release a second collaboration, this time drawing inspiration from the legendary 1972 911 Carrera RS 2.7. The collection, set to launch in July 2025, includes 72 limited-edition 6’ swallowtail surfboards and a California-inspired apparel capsule.
Custom Surfboards and Laid-Back Apparel: The Perfect Blend of California Surf Culture and Porsche Performance
The highlight of the collection is the custom 6-foot winged swallowtail surfboard, handmade in California and finished in Grand Prix White with a choice of Blue, Red, or Green racing accents, paying homage to the original RS colorways. With only 72 boards being produced, each one will retail for $3,000 USD.
But the collaboration doesn’t stop there. The collection also features a range of laid-back apparel and accessories, all channeling the laid-back vibes of Southern California surf culture and the high-performance of Porsche. The collection includes tees, caps, a faded blue sweatshirt, beach towels, boardshorts, canvas totes, hand-stitched surf flags, and collectible items like a sticker set and model car. The full collection embodies the ethos: “Single Fins & Air Cooled Engines.”
