Phoebe Philo Takes Her Eponymous Label to the Asia-Pacific Region
Phoebe Philo, the renowned British designer, is making waves once again as she expands her eponymous label into the Asia-Pacific region. After just hitting the market last year, the brand is now launching an online destination and partnering with brick-and-mortar wholesale partners in the APAC region.
According to WWD, Phoebe Philo will begin shipping to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea in November. Fans can expect a wider range of offerings when the second collection arrives in early 2025 on the brand’s online platform.
But that’s not all – the label is also teaming up with top retailers in the region. From the end of October, customers can find Phoebe Philo’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes, and accessories at Dover Street Market Ginza and Isetan Shinjuku in Tokyo, Japan, Parlour X in Sydney, and Shinsegae International in Seoul.
This expansion to the APAC region is just the latest in Phoebe Philo’s global strategy. The brand has already made its mark in New York, Milan, London, Paris, Los Angeles, and Miami, with partnerships at top retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, 10 Corso Como, Dover Street Market, Maxfield, Neiman Marcus, and The Webster.
Phoebe Philo’s approach to direct-to-consumer sales and her commitment to staying true to her design philosophy of independence and experimentation have been key to her success. As she puts it, “to govern and experiment on my own terms, is hugely significant to [herself].” And now, the APAC region will have the opportunity to shop her line directly from Phoebe Philo.
