Salomon Takes Over Manhattan with New Pop-Up Shop
Outdoor brand Salomon has officially landed in the Big Apple, marking one of its biggest expansions in North America yet. With a strong presence in Europe and Asia, Salomon has now opened its first-ever pop-up shop in New York City.
Located in the trendy neighborhood of Soho, the Spring Street store is now open to the public and will remain so until January 2025. Focusing on Salomon’s Sportstyle line, the store will serve as a test for the brand’s plans to permanently expand to NYC in 2025. According to a press release, Salomon is also looking to open five physical stores next year, starting with a brick-and-mortar outpost in the city.
The store features a curated selection of footwear, including popular models like the ACS, Speedcross 3, and XT-6. To celebrate the opening, Salomon has also brought back its sleek Snowclog silhouette.
Salomon’s president of the Americas, Steve Doolan, expressed excitement about the brand’s new presence in New York City. “New York has been a global cultural hub for decades, and its community has long known and adopted Salomon,” he said. “Seeing that adoption was motivation to speak to and connect directly through a store.”
If you’re in the area, be sure to check out the store at 169 Spring St, New York, NY 10012. Don’t miss your chance to experience Salomon’s latest offerings and be a part of its growing global community.
